Pranayam is the rhythmic inspiration and expiration method of pranaam with a disciplined approach. It is prana+aayaam.. Whatsoever done in cyclic or rhythmic fashion in our body is under the control of Saturn..Who is time..Kaal..Samay..And more over Saturn is karmic planet who works tirelessly for entire life span. And Saturn is vayu..Air..So it is associated with our breathing/pranayam.. When we breathe in, the air is cold..But Sun(Aatman) and Mars..The two hot planets provide required warmth of life to the pranas and make it capable of purification of physical body. But when we meditate our breathing becomes very shallow and subtle..It is the time when ketu comes and plays it's role. Ketu makes body detach from material point of view but provides sufficient fire/energy for body to sustain minimal breathing required for body to be alive during meditation. In this state body resorts to belly breathing which is let's realm..And ketu being a fiery planet provides necessary heat during meditation. That is why rahu ketu is the energy axis of the body having sub conscious control powers.

This is statement I always wanted to give it to the world. That why rishis labelled Rahu Ketu as the energy axis for the life.. Becomes the basis of my understanding. Ketu is the mystery as it is headless so we can't judge from the expression which is otherwise our first observation. So ketu has to judged very minutely..Over the years.. My understanding about ketu is that on first account we have to correctly take ketu as our physical body. We humans take in every thing in mouth to judge it's taste and palatability. Once our body okays this ingestion..It is being used by the Fire of the body or Ketu as ketu is a fiery entity. It gets converted into different forms of energy..For the usage of our body. But we don't know the process of using this energy. Whatsoever is happening is feeded in our software and this process continue through out life..And this is Our past knowledge.. But now scientists know that the normal looking inherent energy of certain atoms of metal can be used up for higher forms as atomic/nuclear energy. And Rishis had this knowledge of energy of the body. That is why they use the word 'TAP' or tapasya..Which is actually fire.. And tapsya can be performed only by the body (ketu)which is a fiery planet. We humans don't know this advanced technology..But rishis had this. They knew everything right from mooladhar to every advanced chakra position of energy..And they knew this is our Ketu..The ultimate base..For elevation of energy through tapasya for spiritual purposes and for lower level works this energy is for physical body purposes.

Everybody has challenges in life. LIFE IS NOT FAIR ON ANYBODY. Dhuryodhan also has a lot of unfairness in life and so has Yudhishthir. But what is Right (Dharma) is known to your mind (conscience). No matter how much unfairness we got, how many times we were disgraced, how many times we were denied what was due to us, what is important is how you REACTED at that time. Stop whining Karna. Life's unfairness does not give you license to walk the wrong path of अधर्म.

Sun, moon and Shiva in Astrology..
