Reality of AATMAN, MANAS and ASTROLOGY...

This picture is a beautiful expression of aatman and manas..The soul and the mind. The manas is the expression of aatman which is thousands of miles away. So manas appears to be more closer to our physical body and Real. But who is more real ??

 The physical body is made up of material elements or five panch mahabhutas is a real entity and is visible and real. But is lifeless.. The sun..The soul..Is too distant to see or feel real. The manas..The moon is within the physical body and express itself through emotions and thoughts..So it is naturally more closer to our physical body as it is primary source of nourishment to the physical body.

But is it real..Though it appears to be real and near ???

The answer is No..

Actually it is the reflection of your aatman..

That is why vedic shastra says that moon is the driver of your physical body and it is given more importance in astrology. It is responsible for all physical body related endeavors and is given the assistance of five physical planets like mars,mercury, Jupiter,Venus and saturn to carry out the functions of a life.

But life is Aatman..Which is your soul and is symbolically demonstrated by Sun..Which appears to be unreal..Very distant..Very unknown or unknowable entity..But is the giver of life for a particular life time.

And imaginary rahu ketu joins these two entities and is the life energy axis..
