4th house/Sukh sthan is the place of your physical health/psychological health and it's lord is Manas,which is helped by exalted Jupiter(gyaan), debilitated mars(physical activity,exercise) and Saturn aspect(disciplined life style).
Prakram bhaav or the effort house of this house of health is 3rd from 4th having mercury as it's lord where mercury the Lord of brain and nerves, conscious and sub conscious brain gives positive thought process which is helped by Venus(debilitated and aspects).
Sukh shtan of 4th house (4th from 4th) is 7th bhava whose lord is Venus,
the mrit sanjeevani vidya planet gives complete physical health to enjoy the fruits of physical relationship..But it is not possible without saadhna and discipline of exalted saturn,the place of antehkaran..Being aspected by soul..The sun.
The fulfilment of physical dimension of health can be achieved with ekadash bhava of sukh sthana (11th from 4th) which is 2nd house where manas is exalted with Venus,the Lord of physical life bliss.
