Is this real transcendence?? Got this from a social media friend which raised my eyebrows. What is your take ??
It's the way of individuation that is main interest of jungians. The relation, symbiosis with unconsciousness, is what gives stability, meaning and purpose. But psychedelic substances are still kind of taboo among jungians, and in this group. Nevertheless I want to share passage of somebody's "trip report" after taking 5g of "magic mushrooms", psilocybin. Look at it just with psychological eye, as at case study. It reminds me of Krishnamurti's attempt to explain same thing with sentence - "I'm the world, and world is me.' People could grasp it just intellectually, but they do not have that inner experience which accompanies this realization. In this report, it is realized with great intensity. This is realization of cornerstone.
"..... The next thing I know, I am in a place beyond time and space. I am completely detached from myself and my ego. There is no sense of being a person anymore. I am in an infinite space where I have a strong sense that I am all that is and all creation is one. I am the universe and my purpose is to create and to experience. I see realities and building blocks of time and space overlapping each other, and when I open my human eyes these blocks form
together to create the reality of my bedroom, but I have an overwhelming sense that I have created infinitely more realities and possibilities and that this is just one instance of creation. I close my eyes and can not remember who or what I am. All I know is that 'I am.' There is no right or wrong, no fear or comfort. Human emotions and ego do not exist in that place. There is just this infinite space and infinite possibilities....."
EDIT:
I do not in any case promote psilocybin, because as A**** B***kindly reminded, there is great danger of inflation, and troubles with integration. Y**** Z*** also concludes that it is in the end better, proper way the objective self-knowledge. I just wanted you to look at material, which sprang from unconsciousness with intention, and it's parallel to religious numinous experiences. Do not try this at home.
