I get this pictorial representation of Lord Shiva yesterday in different context.But it appeared to me that Shiv is in anger,fury..And becoming Rudra. The artist portrayed it perfectly.
Shiv becomes furious that even after doing so much saadhna..People aren't rising spiritually...Are simply making physical temples. This thing is evident in ardra that expectations are more than actual reality..So frustration..Blame game.
Manas, represented by Moon..Which is the cooling planet..Residing in the locks of lord shiva(Rahu)...To cool down hot head.. matures at a late age when natives start getting some results in ardra.. till then it is fast,furious..struggling. But once manas matures.. Mercury and Jupiter are there to help Manas..Then Material results are there...paving a way for psycho-spiritual development.
